How do I download movies from the web site?
We don't offer any movie downloads at our web site in any form. The movie listing community
is simply a place for people to keep a list of their movies online that they can access,
manage and share with their friends. If you want more information about downloading movies,
check out our Download Movies section.
I have problems playing movies that I've downloaded
To play DivX movies you first need to install the DivX codec on your computer. For more
information about installing the DivX codec, goto the DivX codec
section and follow the instructions. If you run into any problems when trying to install
the DivX codec or when playing DivX movies, please refer to our DivX FAQ
for solutions to common DivX codec installation and playback problems.
I have problems logging in to the members section
Make sure that you are trying to login to the right section of the site.
To login to the members section, simply follow the link titled members login
in the bottom left corner of the site. Then enter your username and password in the popup
box to login. You should enter your e-mail address in the username field and the password
you chose before in the password field. The login information is case sensitive, so make
sure you enter it exactly as you did when you signed up. If you've lost or forgotten your
login information you can use your e-mail address or order number to look up the information
directly in your browser using the forgotten password page.
I have problems logging in to the community
To login to the community, simply enter your handle and password in the fields in
the upper right corner of the site. If you've lost or forgotten your community password
you can use your handle to request your forgotten password and
have it sent to your e-mail address in our records. Please note that the community and the
members section isn't the same thing. The community is simply a place for people to keep
a list of their movies online along with their contact information. You can't download the
movies listed in the community. It is free to join the community and get your own movie
list. If you're a paying member you should login to the members section
as described in the section above.
